For Concerts & Non-Concerts

Rental Period

  • Pickup & payment around the venue (outside the gate or at a designated location) before the concert starts, at the agreed time.
  • The device can be used in the surrounding area & concert venue.
  • Return at the same location (unless otherwise stated) after the concert ends, at the agreed time. Failure to do so will apply late fees.

Rental Terms

  • Be able to show proof of secured concert ticket according to rental date.
  • It is mandatory to provide 2 (two) active emergency contacts (parents/siblings/friends).
  • The device can only be picked up and used by the renter as registered.
  • If you cannot fulfill the conditions above, the rent is cancelled and no refunds (cancellation fees may apply).
  • If the device is to be used by a friend/other party, you must contact the admin to transfer the slot, at latest 7 days before concert date.
  • If the device is used or transferred to another party without the admin’s permission, cancellation fees and blacklisting will apply.

Device Pickup Terms

  • It is mandatory to wear a wristband and show the appropriate concert ticket.
  • Submit 2 original and active identity as guarantees:
    – National Identity Card or Passport (mandatory , if it will be used for benefits or entrance tickets, please confirm with the admin)
    – One of: Driver License / Student Card / Employee Card
  • Willing to sign a rental agreement.
  • Willing to be photographed when picking up the device.
  • All information provided will be kept confidential.

Other T&C

  • If the concert is cancelled/rescheduled with an official announcement from the promoter, the down payment will be fully refunded.
  • Apart from the reasons above, the down payment is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation from the renter for any reason, at latest of 7 days before the concert date. Cancellation fees will apply within 7 days to concert date.
  • Any damage or loss to the device or its accessories is the responsibility of the renter. The renter must pay a fine equal to the price of a new device (based on the price quoted by the official store for each device).
